Water Sports Booster Pack
You could live in the water – you like it that much. Swimming, lifeguarding, surfing, boogie boarding, scuba diving -- you love being in and around lakes or the ocean. The only problem is that your favorite water sports are wrecking your skin. How can you really stay protected when you’re in the water so much? This Pack provides two different sunscreens geared to your water sports that won’t wear off, are easy to apply, and won’t get into your eyes. You might be surprised that I chose a powder sunscreen, but I have used the powder on myself and children in and out of water, and it stays on extremely well. If you are in the water for long periods or at altitude or in a tropical place, you should layer the powder sunscreen over the lotion for maximum protection. Water Sports Booster Pack

MoisturizerReplenish Hydrating CreamFall brings dry skin with central heating and dry air. Time for a good moisturizer. The drug store brands, like Cetaphil, CeraVe, and Vanicream are great. And if you want something a bit more elegant, that goes on very creamy but not heavy or oily, this Replenish Hydrating Cream is great. Many of my patients swear by it. It's more expensive than the drugstore brands, but certainly less than the high-end moisturizers. Price: $45.00
