Product of the Month for January 2011I have carried this antioxidant skin care product in my medical practice for years and used it myself. It is an excellent, tried and true antioxidant that helps to heal cell damage from sun exposure. It goes on light and not too oily or creamy, so you can use it even if you have skin that tends to oily. It is not cheap, but I do think you're better off buying high-quality antioxidant and some repair creams than drugstore versions. Some drugstore cleansers, moisturizers, and even sunscreens are fine. But with an antioxidant you want a strong enough concentration in a good base. This is a very good product.

Body CareShea Sugar Almond Honey Body ScrubFall brings dry skin with central heating and dry air. Time for a good moisturizer. The drug store brands, like Cetaphil, CeraVe, and Vanicream are great. And if you want something a bit more elegant, that goes on very creamy but not heavy or oily, this Replenish Hydrating Cream is great. Many of my patients swear by it. It's more expensive than the drugstore brands, but certainly less than the high-end moisturizers. Price: $6.99
