The dry air and central heating of winter can really dry out your skin. Some of my patients get deep cracks in their heels and dry skin on their backs or torso.

This body lotion is incredible. It REALLY hydrates your skin. Now, be aware that it will leave your skin feeling a bit sticky. And it stings a little bit, so don't use it on open wounds or small children.

But if you have trouble with very dry skin in winter, this skin care product is amazing.

This is one of the most effective body creams I've ever used, but beware: it does leave your skin feeling sticky and tacky. The urea and salicylic and lactic acids make this ultra rich. It really does smooth and re-texturize your skin, as it says. Excellent for those with extremely dry, crusty, or flaky skin. Indoor swimmers that I have recommended this to love it, again with the proviso that their skin feels sticky for several hours.
