Product of the Month for January 2010The dry air and central heating of winter can really dry out your skin. Some of my patients get deep cracks in their heels and dry skin on their backs or torso. This body lotion is incredible. It REALLY hydrates your skin. Now, be aware that it will leave your skin feeling a bit sticky. And it stings a little bit, so don't use it on open wounds or small children. But if you have trouble with very dry skin in winter, this skin care product is amazing.

SunscreenSport UV Defense SPF 45We have carried this sunscreen at our medical practice for years, and it is one of our most popular sport sunscreens. I have used it for years, because it wears like iron, through swimming and sweating, yet is not too greasy or heavy. It is expensive, so you may want to save this for your face, neck, chest, and hands. Use Estion or Solbar on your body. Price: $37.00
