I am a 39 year woman who has I think a sebaceous cyst on my chin. It has been there for 25 years. After doing a month long cleanse, the cyst or a mole without pigmentation (as my dermotologist said)became red surrounding the white looking cyst and swelled up to the size of a pea. I have been using castor oil and heat to reduce the swelling over 3 days. It is still very raised and hard. What should I do ?
