Depending on your facial structure and your age, it's possible that you really just needed an extra syringe to get a good base in the first place.  Juvederm Ultra Plus tends to last longer than Juvederm Ultra.  Also, the good news is that it usually lasts longer gradually each time you go in for a maintenance treatment, unless you have a significant weight loss.
