Generally, I ask my patients to wait 7-10 days before calling our office.  This is because there is a some natural evolution of the product for about a week.  3 reasons - it absorbs moisture from your own tissue and expands a little, tiny natural shifts in placement occur, and occasionally some deep bruising that you may not see.   Sometimes, however, your provider may have just been a little off  with the injection (it's happened to the best of us).   So, if it still doesn't look even at about a week, for sure call!   It's easy to fix Juvederm/Restylane problems.  See my recent article on how to fix Juvederm mistakes.   Dr. I
