You are very kind and I am honored that you would consider this.  But......  I really think you can find someone excellent closer to home.   Also, please remember that any good office including ours will want to see you personally in consult before agreeing to schedule anything.  And also remember that you would need to stay in town long enough for a reasonable recovery period to take place.
