The answer to this is absolutely yes!  In fact, there are several dermatologists and plastic surgeons who have made this a special interest and published papers on these techniques. Restylane and Juvederm (hyaluronic acid fillers) often last longer in the nose area than other areas of the face.  Another advantage is the enzyme hyaluronidase.  This enzyme dissolves hyaluronic acid fillers and can be used if you don't like your results with the filler.

Juvederm/Restylane  can be used to correct asymmetries or divits created by cosmetic or skin cancer surgeries.  They can also be used to improve the shape of the nose.  Obviously though, they can't make a nose smaller.     Dr. I
