Can the tip of the nose be lifted without surgery?May 06, 2011 Hi Dr. Irwin,
Can the tip of the nose be lifted without surgery?
Yes, a little with certain fillers. This requires some skill. Some of the better cosmetic dermatologists are good at it. I think though that a facial plastics ENT (ear, nose & throat) doctor is usually better at it IF THEY DO IT. The problem is that they don't all offer it. Many would prefer to just do surgery. Really do your homework/research on this one. You may need to do consults with 3-4 doctors before you find the right one. It does need to be repeated generally 1-2 times a year so keep that in mind. Don't let anyone put a permanent filler anywhere, especially your nose. Hope this helps. Dr. I |
