All of the doctors you've recommended are too far from me and after doing a search I found a cosmetic dermotologist in Lubbock that offers Thermage Treatment. Is this as safe as IPL? Will it improve melasma? I'm 37 and starting to get fine lines but I have an issue with melasma even with sunscreen everyday and a 2% hydroquinone cream at night.
