We do offer Botox injections for armpit sweating and our patients love it!  I would only recommend it though if your sweating is really interfering with your life.  For example, if you don't like to speak in public because you are afraid of obvious sweating or you are changing shirts several times a day or are keeping a jacket on when it's 90 degrees because you don't want to be embarassed.  I think you see where I'm going.
