I'm going to assume that you're asking the question because you have sarcoid lesions in a visible area???  I haven't used the Fraxel on sarcoid lesions and my concern would be that it would aggravate them.  If you have a doctor who thinks they can be improved with a Fraxel, be sure to try it on a very small test area first before committing to  any expensive treatments.  We will often offer to do a test area at no charge for a patient if there isn't much data on a particular problem.  Good luck!  Dr. I
