Remember that acne and rosacea medication take 2 months to really work!  I wouldn't expect you to be a whole lot better in 3 weeks so hang in there.   On the Replenix retinol, you may eventually tolerate that but for now I'd advise stopping it. Let your skin get used to your new prescriptions. Then, in a couple of months, try it again but discuss it with your dermatologist first. We used to say no retinoids with roseacea but there is new data on that issue.

On the Eminence products, the Lemon Cleanser is very gentle and the Sugar Plum Moisturizer is on the lighter side.
