I do not know of any data prohibiting Botox Cosmetic use with sarcoid.  Having said that though, we are all individuals and our reactions to products can be very individual.  I would recommend having the doctor who treats your sarcoid approve this first.   But, I cannot think of any reason why you couldn't use.  Dr. I
