if you are over 65(Like 66) can one still use a filler for around the mouth?

Yes!  FDA approved fillers can be used safely indefinately as long as you don't have an individual adverse reaction to them (these are rare).   I'm not sure I've ever had a request by someone in their 90s but definately into the 80s.    Dr. I
