Okay - so I'm going to assume that you've maximized your products - sunscreen, tretinoin or retinol, and an antioxidant at least. Here are some of my favorite skincare products. Then for fine lines around the eyes a little Botox does wonders.  Also, light peels or microdermabrasion once a month until the wedding is a safe, low downtime strategy to get your skin really glowing.  

For your arms though, the old fashioned tricep push up (start from the knees) or using the machines at your gym will get you to firmer arms more reliably, and with a lot less money and risk!  Look on the web if you don't know how to do these or, better yet, work with a trainer for a few sessions to learn to do them correctly.  Dr. I
