I'm thinking you might mean Artefill even though you wrote Arteform??  If I'm mistaken, please write again.   Artefill is a terrible idea in general and especially under the eyes.  It is a permanent (read this cannot be fixed under any circumstance if there is a problem except by cutting it out) filler composed of microscopic plastic beads.  The chances of you having a problem with it is high and there is no way to correct it.   I really vote no on this one.  See my Guide to fillers Juvederm and Restylane or my Guide to Sculptra instead.    Dr. I
