Yes - LacHydrin 12% is a wonderful drugstore product.  It has lactic acid in it which is made from milk sugar and is one of the alpha hydroxy acids.  It moisturizers and exfoliates at the same time, just like other alpha hydroxy acid lotions.  I usually recommend it for dry skin on the body (who doesn't have that?) but it can be used on the face too.  Sometimes it can be too much in combination with Renova/tretinoin/Retin A but if you tolerate it without getting irritated, it's fine to use both on your face.   Love!  Dr. I
