Well -  the answer to this is you can't but....... you can make a huge improvement in it depending on what type of acne you have.  You'll need to see your doctor for prescription antibiotics at a moderate dose.  Also, have a knowledgeable aesthetician clean your pores well with a microdermabrasion and gentle extractions at least 4-5 days out from an event.  It should be much improved.   Dr. I
