Thank you!  Hmmm ...... what I usually say about liposuction is to be very careful about who does it and realistic about goals.  Maybe I didn't get that across clearly!   Anyway, on the body, it can be quite nice when done by a doctor who's very experienced and good at it.  And yes, some of the new innovations have definately made it safer.  Some critics argue that the results aren't as good.
