Just remember that allergies to all sorts of things like grasses, moulds, trees, etc can sometimes cause eyelid puffiness.  Please see an allergist if you are not sure.  Also, eyelid skin tends to be sensitive and easily irritated by products.  Sometimes it's worth it to try just a very, bland hypoallergenic cream like Vanicream for a few weeks to see if that solves the problem.  Sometimes the problem is too many products.   Here are some of my favorite eye creams.  Dr. I
