Okay so I have to do a bit of guessing here.  I'm guessing you're over 40 and have some sun damage on your chest.  Without seeing you, it's a bit tough.  You'll need to have a good cosmetic dermatologist look at you.  (Okay, I promise to update and add more names to our dermatologist recommendations by region soon!)  Sometimes a few drops of Botox in them will help.  Sometimes more extensive laser work is needed either with multiple Fraxels or 1 or 2 fractionated carbon dioxide treatments - for example the SmartXide DOT would be good.  Dr. I
