Can I use retinoids while living in a very hot, humid climate?
Yes, but only as long as you really sunscreen well with a sunscreen that blocks UVA as well as UVB well and wear a hat with a full brim when you're outside in direct sun.   Or, if you really are indoors most of the time.    Dr. I
