I hate to say this but your issues are too complicated for this format.   I know what you mean about the options being limited if the usual hydroquinone based "bleaching" creams irritate you.  You are not alone in that. In addition, you have rosacea which has to be considered as well.   Please find a good Dermatologist who can help talk you through all the options to help you with your melasma and rosacea.    Dr. I
