Questions about spironolactone.May 28, 2010 My 26 yr old daughter has been taking Spirolactone 100mgs for acne for almost two years and it has been a miracle for her skin. She had tried everything with no results,so this has been great. She glows now. My question for you is..is this safe long term like and how long should she wait after getting off before becoming pregnant? Thanks for your answer.
