Okay wonderful readers - you have to give me your ages!!  The answer to this really depends on your age and the depth of the crease. Sculptra can be a great solution but don't rule out the higher molecular weight Juvederm/Perlane either.  Just saw a patient today who had another doctor inject Radiesse and it's pretty much gone 4 months later.  It's not as predictable in it's longevity as the company would like you to believe.  Dr. I
