I would suggest doing the fillers first to see how much mileage you get from those.  You may change your mind about the laser.  Also, you didn't mention your age.  Like Thermage, if Refirme is done well you can expect a subtle tightening.  If you are 30-50ish, with just mild laxity (loose skin) under the neck, either treatment may be a good choice for you.  If you really have a more loose skin than that, don't waste your money.  If you already have a good jawline and no jowls, both are good to maintain the jawline area.
