You really need to talk to both a great laser specialist and a cosmetic surgeon on this one.  I can't really comment on this one.  It depends so much on the length and width of the scars, the color of them, the exact location on the leg, etc.  I would get several opinions and then weigh your options and the costs involved.   Dr. Irwin
