 Hmmm - it's a bit tough because I can't see the problem but, in general, Botox doesn't cause  hollows to occur if it's injected evenly around the eye area.  If it weren't even, it's possible to get some muscle fibers pulling while others aren't which could create unevenness.  If the skin around the eye area is very thin, Restylane may show through causing a slightly lumpy, bluish look.  Not attractive!!!

Good products may help a little.  Sunscreen, of course, to avoid more sun damage.  Try Dermalogica Total Eye Care SPF 15 to use on the lids and crow's foot area.  Also, a repair product with Retinol, light AHA, or growth factors would be helpful.  Try the Neostata Eye Cream - not expensive, or the TNS Night Eye Repair - expensive.

Other than that, you're best bet are lasers that build collagen like the Fraxel fractionated Erbium (Restore) or the fractionated CO2 (Active Fx by Lumenis) are the best, in my opinion.
