Most of the time, the brown spots you see after picking aren't really scars.  Meaning they aren't truly depressed below the level of the skin or a different texture.  Most of the time these spots are just a temporary increase in pigment (melanin).   So yes, Triluma or other hydroquinone based "bleaching" creams will help.   But......... you must STOP PICKING!  It's the human condition and you have a lot of company but you cannot truly treat those spots unless you stop.  Dr. I
