What do you think of home high frequency devices for acne?
It depends a little on which one but, in general, they can help individual lesions resolve a little faster, when used as directed.  If you're someone who gets occasional acne lesions, this might be a good option.  If you're someone with a lot of lesions, the devices are slow, and take a lot of time to cover an area.  Better to use topical medications that can cover the whole area.  They also require batteries that are annoying to keep replacing. Here are some acne treatment options.  Dr. I
