I've been working with this laser for about 7 months now fairly intensively and I am very impressed.  It's actually exceeded my expectations and those of you who read me frequently know I rarely say that.  It is so well engineered, completely customizable and the results with my patients have been outstanding. Again though, you have to use it for the right problem on the right person!  You don't need this if you're 35 and have minimal sun damage or just a couple of wrinkles on your face.  This laser is best for moderate to severe sun damage, with wrinkles and some laxity.  It will not correct a lot of sagging.  It does work fabulously on eyelids and I've had the most tissue tightening there - sometimes even close to that of surgery with 2 treatments. Here is more detailed information about the DOT and other factionated/pixilated CO2 lasers.  Dr. I
