What is the difference between these two lasers?

Hello, May you please advise on the difference between Fractional CO2 Laser and Fractional Affirm Laser?? tnx
These are both fractionated (sometimes also called pixilated) CO2 lasers.  The first term is a generic way to describe all the CO2 lasers while the last one is a specific brand.  Here's a link to a more in depth description of these.  Hope this helps.   Dr. I
