Advanced questions on products – and Dr. I’s regimen!

I have gotten so much help from your website; it is such a wonderful resource, even if you see a dermatologist. I have a question about your personal regimen. I believe you used to use SkinMedica TNS on alternate nights with your Renova. Now it looks like you alternate Renova with the Vivite Night Renewal Cream. Can you use both of these products, along with the Renova or would that be too much? I have sensitive skin and have successfully used Skin Ceutical Pholertin CF gel (morning) and Differin and TNS on alternate nights but would like to add the Vivite Night Renewal Cream. Is this a good idea and if so would it replace the TNS? Thank you so much.

Thank you and wow  – you have been educating yourself!!   Knowledge is power!

You can use the Vivite Night Renewal over the TNS on the night you are NOT using the Renova.   You’ll know if it’s too much because you’ll get irritated in which case you might try using it just once or twice a week.

Hope this helps,  Dr. I

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes! I have handpicked some of what I consider to be the best skin care products, and offer them for sale on SkinTour's shop. This is based on my team and I's testing and research at our clinic. Many of the products are in my own regimen. What could be better than using skin care products a dermatologist uses?!
