Dior vs SkinCeuticals – which is better

Dear Dr. Irwin. What product better to use for 50 years old women Dior skin care (gold collection) or Skin Ceutical for example if ,let's say, money not a problem (we alway find the way to safe some for beauty)? Looking forward to hear from you soon. Thank you advance

Have you ever noticed that the department store lines suddenly have a new brilliant line of products seemingly almost every year or even more often?   Or, that suddenly that brilliant breakthrough from two years ago, has been discontinued and is no longer available.  Or, that the new brilliant breakthrough, has a pseudoscientificky (okay I made up this word  :)) name and doesn’t mean much when you look it up?

I don’t mean to be too skeptical here but most of these products are fabulous marketing and not brilliant new discoveries.

For those reasons, I would vote for the lines of products that are based on real data and lots of experience like SkinCeuticals, SkinMedica, NeoCutis, ColoreScience and there are many others as well.   These companies aren’t completely immune from the marketing frenzy problem either but they are better.  A start on products that get results and won’t waste your money and time.

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes! I have handpicked some of what I consider to be the best skin care products, and offer them for sale on SkinTour's shop. This is based on my team and I's testing and research at our clinic. Many of the products are in my own regimen. What could be better than using skin care products a dermatologist uses?!
