Fraxel for the eye area

How effective is fraxel lazer for tightening and what are the adverse side effects. I used thermage in the orbital area 6 months ago without noticeable results. A waist of money and I am very disappointed with the results.

It’s too bad you didn’t see much with the Thermage eyelid treatment.  It’s very operator dependent.  It’s hard to know if you were just unlucky or didn’t get a good treatment.  Fraxel is not very effective for tightening but you’ll get a little with it.

You didn’t mention your age.  If you’re over 40 the best laser for eyelid tightening would be an Active FX carbon dioxide fractional laser made by Lumenis.  You’ll have some downtown though and be sure you go to experts.

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes!
