Help for sagging arms!! Exilis?

I have recently lost some weight. I have noticed my underarms are saging,(old ladies wings) I am 66 and dance 5x a wk and have started to lift weights 3 x a wk. What do you suggest?

Many, many women have this problem. I completely agree with you that weight lifting is the way to start – just be sure the weights or machines you’re using are targeting the proper muscle – the tricep. You should see results over the next couple of months as it it firms up some.

If the tricep is fully toned and you still have some sagging, then look into who in your area might be doing Exilis. It is a radiofrequency, no downtime, device that in 2-4 treatments can tighten the skin some. It’s not perfect, but definitely better than nothing at all.

One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes!
