I’m 32 – would any of these products improve the line between my eyebrows?

Hello Dr. Irwin, I am 32 years old and I have a very deep line between my eyebrows. I just want to know if it is the right age to start using skinceuticals ce freulic serum, and is it safe using skinceuticals cef serum in the morning and tns essential serum at night time. Please reply, need your help. Thank you.

Okay, so first of all, no product, no cream or lotion (at this point in time) will improve the line or lines between the eyebrows. This is because that line is being caused by an overactive muscle group (the corrugators). The line is caused by the compression of the skin by those muscles. It’s one of the best uses for Botox or Dysport because it works better than anything else for that problem, is generally less expensive now, more accessible and less dangerous than many other treatments. I just don’t want you to waste your money and time on things that don’t work.

The question about what age to start Botox or Dysport is tricky sometimes. If you truly have a line at 32 and it is truly bothering you, than by all means start. If you are just afraid you might get a line, then wait until you actually have the problem. It’s a perfect time to start the products you mention and always with a sunscreen in the morning also.

Hope this helps,  Dr. B I

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes! I have handpicked some of what I consider to be the best skin care products, and offer them for sale on SkinTour's shop. This is based on my team and I's testing and research at our clinic. Many of the products are in my own regimen. What could be better than using skin care products a dermatologist uses?!
