Is my sunscreen good enough?

I am a 31 year old woman who lives in Seattle. I wear sunscreen every day, the Replenix brand with antioxidants. If I use this product, do I still need to use an anti-oxidant serum too? In the past I have used the Replenix one recommended by this site, but now I a wondering if the sunscreen is good enough. Thanks

We don’t carry the Replenix sunscreens – not enough space.  Look at the list of active ingredients.  Does it have either 5-10% zinc, 5-10% titanium or mexoryl 3%?  Those would be fine for Seattle.  Also, do you ski, run outdoors, cycle, etc.  If you do, you may need to double layer your sunscreen.  Use the cream for a base and put the ColorScience powder sunscreen over it.  Dr. I

One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes!
