Is Sunscreen in Moisturzer Enough?

If my moisturizer has SPF, do I need to add a separate suncreen after I put on my moisturizer?

This really depends on where you live, the time of year and the things that you do!  If you live in Seattle and it’s winter, it’s probably fine as long as it contains a UVA blocker like zinc, mexoryl, avobenzone with helioplex or titanium.  It’s really not enough if you have an outdoor occupation, do high altitude sports, run marathons, live in a sunny climate, etc.  It’s best if your sunscreen is customized to your particular life.   Dr. I

One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes!
