Is the new Thermage vibrating tip really helpful?

Thermage has a new tip now for helping lessen the pain level. I was told that now the doctors can turn up the radio F. and it will work better. My question is.. I thought that was the problem with fat melting a many years ago.. the high heat level. The doctors seem anxious to turn the levels higher now. What is your opinion about the higher level?

There is absolutely no data from the Thermage company, or anyone else,  that says this tip gives better results.  In my opinion, it’s a marketing gimick.  The vibration does allow slightly higher levels of energy but there is no data that says that increase in energy gives a better result.  Also, as you noted, higher levels of energy in past increased complications in the form of divits caused presumably by destruction of fat cells.   My position is that I’d like some proof of better results and of safety, if the energy is higher!    Dr. I

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes! I have handpicked some of what I consider to be the best skin care products, and offer them for sale on SkinTour's shop. This is based on my team and I's testing and research at our clinic. Many of the products are in my own regimen. What could be better than using skin care products a dermatologist uses?!
