Do you feel that face exercises are beneficial to help
with sagging skin?
Thank you,

There is no great research on this. In my opinion, they don't help because it isn't the muscles that are sagging! Sometimes, they even make things worse because some wrinkles are caused... more That Dr. Oz episode with Radiesse for jowls.Posted in Restylane, Radiesse, JuvedermRestylane, Juvederm and Restylane, Jowlsjawline, Jowls and Jawline, 2010 on Dec 04, 2010 | Permalink Dr. Oz had a cosmetic dermotologist on yesterday addressing the issue of jowls- uck! She treated a woman on the show with RADIESSE- instant results and lasts up to 1 1/2 years. Was really quite amazing and was wondering what your thoughts are on this. Thank-you Dr. Irwin! Connie
This episode was a few weeks ago but I thought it was interesting. I generally don't like Radiesse in the cheeks because I think it looks too stiff and a little wooden when the face is... more Does running make your face sag more?Posted in Jowlsjawline, Jowls and Jawline, 2010 on Nov 28, 2010 | Permalink Does running make your face sag more?
No, fortunately not! Sagging is due to the gradual loss of volume in the face when fat pads, skin thickness (the dermis), and bone thin over time, combined with damage (mostly from sun) to... more

tightening?? Is it possible that it can tighten the sagging jowls and neck area? There's not a lot of data on this system but my impression is that it works about as well as Thermage. Which is to say that it works best in patients 30-50 with the expectation of subtle... more
