I have very oily skin and even enlarged oil glands all over my chest that are embarrassing. I am 22 yrs old and considering the cosmetic surgery to melt them down. I am 50 and have oily skin but with the use of the skin Medica retinol I do tend to be surface-dry right after washing. Do I need to use a moisturizer or is a sunscreen like Ti Silc spf 60 or SkinMedica SPF 30 enough?

Dear Dr. Irwin, I'm a nineteen year old girl who has had acne in the past and my skin is still pretty oily. Since my pores have been enlarged by the acne, I'm wondering if a laser procedure like IPL or Fraxel would work on me. Or should I wait until I'm older and possibly less oily?
