Hi Dr. Irwin, I recently read that sugar mixed in olive oil can be used as a mechanical scrub on the face. Is this true? Thanks for all your help.

RE: the Clarisonic I purchased this product recently and think it is wonderful, but want to make sure I'm not damaging my skin by using it in any way. I use retin-a, which makes me peel...and I would often have dull, dry looking skin. With this product, I find my skin always looks radiant and the peeling is almost non-existant b/c I'm exfoliating everyday. That said, I wonder...can using something too abrasive cause sagging and lost of tigthness in the skin? Thanks
