What about stem cell products?

Dr. Irwin I want to know about Stem Cell Products in the market place and what you think of them. Adam

So far I think they are a triumph of marketing over real data and results.  That could change though so they are an interesting area to watch.

Many people confuse "stem cell" products with products that contain growth factors from very young fibroblasts (cells that produce collagen and other things) that are grown in a lab.  Examples of these are the TNS products and some of the Neocutis products that contain "PSP"  which is Neocutis’s name for the supernatant from the cells that is then refined in various ways.    More info on products here.   Dr. I

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes!
