What are these tiny bumps on my forehead, neck and chest?

I have multiple tiny bumps all over my forehead, neck and chest from last 4 years. They do not seem like acne as they never go away and never grow in that size. I have observed that the edge of the bump is slightly red and top of the bump is of skin color. they are not visible from far but under light clearly visible. On the neck it appears as if someone has pasted skin color muster seeds. I have tired BP (5%) which keep them in control but does not go away completely. Please advise what skin disorder I am suffering from and how to treat this.

Ladies, ladies ……… please remember that to really treat something well, it’s important to know what it is!   This is a situation where you really need your dermatologist because there are lots of skin conditions and diseases that can cause bumps in the skin that are not acne.  Your dermatologist may even need to do a tiny biopsy to get a sample of one so that the pathologist can help with an accurate diagnosis.  Please see your doctor!   Dr. I

One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes!
