Would the Fraxel Restore change tattoo pigment?

I have several linear hair transplant scars that I have had scalp pigmentation treatment done into. The scars are indented and I'm considering the Fraxel Restore 1550. Will I have any additional hair loss around the scars and will I lose my pigmentation treatment (tattoo dots)?

Fraxel Repair treatments will probably lighten your tattoo a little since you are removing, in micron sized pixels, a small percentage of skin (10-20% usually) with each treatment.
