For very dry and mature skinAll of us have dryer skin as we get older, but are you dry, dry and dryer? Is it hard for your skin to hold onto moisture and hard to find products that really add to and keep the moisture in for more than a few hours? And are the effects of sun damage and lifestyle choices starting to show now in the form of wrinkles, some sagging, maybe brown spots or enlarged blood vessels? If you’d like to learn more about reducing wrinkles with lasers, getting rid of enlarged blood vessels and correcting brown spots or sagging, check out our Guide to Cosmetic Treatments in our Resources section. If you're not sure whether this is the right regimen for your skin profile, take the Skin Care Test. Link to Menopause and Your Skin Rose

MoisturizerReplenish Hydrating CreamFall brings dry skin with central heating and dry air. Time for a good moisturizer. The drug store brands, like Cetaphil, CeraVe, and Vanicream are great. And if you want something a bit more elegant, that goes on very creamy but not heavy or oily, this Replenish Hydrating Cream is great. Many of my patients swear by it. It's more expensive than the drugstore brands, but certainly less than the high-end moisturizers. Price: $45.00
