For very sensitive or red skinDo you have skin that is very sensitive or very red? Or both? Have you had reactions to skin care products like cleansers, lotions, creams or even medications in the past? Most reactions to products are to ingredients in the "base" of the product like preservatives, fragrances, lanolin, and other chemicals. You may need products that won’t inflame your skin and that are free of most of the culprit chemicals in many skin care products. The products in this Kit give a good basic skin care regimen that is mild and non-irritating. You may need to see a dermatologist if you are sensitive or red. Please see my Rosacea in Depth article for much more information on how to treat and live with redness. Plumeria

MoisturizerReplenish Hydrating CreamFall brings dry skin with central heating and dry air. Time for a good moisturizer. The drug store brands, like Cetaphil, CeraVe, and Vanicream are great. And if you want something a bit more elegant, that goes on very creamy but not heavy or oily, this Replenish Hydrating Cream is great. Many of my patients swear by it. It's more expensive than the drugstore brands, but certainly less than the high-end moisturizers. Price: $45.00
