Avoid Spots on the Back of Your Hands

 Don't forget your hands when it comes to aging skin. Most people get as much sun on the backs of their hands as they do on their faces.

You can use the same products you use on your face on the backs of your hands. The one exception may be Renova, because it may be irritating with the constant small traumas to our hands.

Use your sunscreen daily on the backs of your hands and remember, UVA comes through car window glass. Consider driving gloves if you're in your car a lot.
